Bruce Monk (b. 1953. Vancouver, Canada) is a master printer in platinum and cyanotype. In addition to large format prints, he also creates stunning contact prints from spliced in-camera negatives. Monk was the winner of the 1998 Hasselblad award "Tribute To The Great Masters" and his platinum prints have been used in films as diverse as "Vanilla Sky" and "One Last Dance" and are in the permanent collection of the National Gallery of Canada, the Canadian Museum of Contemporary Photography and collections globally.
